Le Tassinaie is a small farm with big ideals, projected towards a healthy and sustainable food future. The dominant feature of our crops is a strong biodiversity.<\/p>\n

We have been farming biodynamic<\/strong> since 2007 and we got the Demeter label in 2016.
\nWe have two \u201csimple gardens<\/em>\u201d where we cultivate many varieties of aromatic including a lavender field, rosemary, thyme, savory, sage, oregano, marjoram, hyssop and tarragon.
\nWe collect and dry the aromatic herbs for our products, for the bees that produce an exquisite Millefiori honey and for the joy of the views.<\/p>\n

We have about one hectare of gardens where we grow artichokes, asparagus, black cabbage, leeks, onions, zucchini, aubergines, peas, hot peppers, tomatoes, and lettuces\u2013which we use for our guests and our products.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
