We have been farming biodynamic since 2007 and we got the Demeter label in 2016.
We have two “simple gardens” where we cultivate many varieties of aromatic including a lavender field, rosemary, thyme, savory, sage, oregano, marjoram, hyssop and tarragon.
We collect and dry the aromatic herbs for our products, for the bees that produce an exquisite Millefiori honey and for the joy of the views.
We have about one hectare of gardens where we grow artichokes, asparagus, black cabbage, leeks, onions, zucchini, aubergines, peas, hot peppers, tomatoes, and lettuces–which we use for our guests and our products.
